In the morning light of Mealhada, we relished breakfast at Cote D’Azur Padaria. Moonlit nights in Praia de Mira brought coffee and pastries, an enchanting ritual. Amidst the aroma of espresso and the allure of Portuguese flavors, an idea was born. A single thought echoed in Paul's mind like a breeze, "One day, something like this will be ours." Destiny heard, and in 2022, an opportunity arrived, carried by retiring owners. Paulo, after long days, dedicated himself to mastering the art of crafting pastries. October 15, 2022, marked the day our dreams became a reality, opening the doors to The New Revamped Ola Bakery & Pastry Hamilton.
Passion took root, and tradition found new wings. With respect for heritage and a touch of innovation, we reimagined recipes, crafting our own signature delights.
